Grapefruit & Ginger Juice
2 Tablespoons honey
2 Tablespoons ginger, peeled and thinly sliced
1 cup water
1 juicy ruby grapefruit, juiced
½ lemon, juiced
- Combine the honey, ginger, and water in a small saucepan. Bring to a soft boil and then simmer on low for 5 minutes. Then let sit off of heat for another 10 minutes.
- Combine the grapefruit and lemon juice in another bowl or pitcher. Add the honey, ginger and water mixture to the juice by pouring through a strainer. Discard ginger. Chill and enjoy!
