Five things to do this weekend: Oct. 11, 2013

  1. Workout harder then you usually do! You’ll feel so proud of yourself that you went further then usual. When you workout until your exhausted it’s a nice release of stress!

  2. If you are like me after the workout and a nice shower you will want to treat yourself to a nice easy afternoon of a movie and a soft blanket! And if you had a hard week and don’t have the motivation for the workout its totally fine. Use this time to forget it all and hopefully get a few laughs in!

  3. Reach out to someone you have met recently and make a plan. They will never become your new close friend if you never get to know each other! (This is something I need to do this weekend!)
  4. Find a Kate Spade outlet store because the outlet stores are having a 50% off sale and some items have an extra 20% off. Enough said!
  5. Get a manicure/pedicure! Or make it a girl’s night and do them yourself. Either way its fun and you feel better after!
